JANA WILLIAMS

A published novelist and sometime playwright, Jana Williams has been writing screenplays for the better part of a decade. Her background includes high-speed motion picture photography for the U.S.N, stills photography and work as a post coordinator for feature films and VFX which lends her writing an informed economy.

Jana brings a wide knowledge of both story telling and the film industry itself to her writing and teaching experience.

Her feature film, FEELS SO NEAR, was a quarter-finalist for the prestigous Nicholls Fellowship.  Jana also teaches the craft of writing for the screen through her online website, Wordsmythe.ca
